Putting images into a PDF can make a set of scans easier to share or print as one document. Before converting, prepare the images and decide how each one should fit on a page.
Prepare and Order the Images
Rename or arrange files in the order you want them to appear. Check that each image is upright, readable, and cropped appropriately. If images have different dimensions, decide whether the PDF should preserve their proportions or fit them to a consistent page size.
Convert and Review
Use the Image to PDF tool to combine supported images. Open the finished PDF and review every page for missing content, unexpected rotation, margins, and legibility. Converting an image does not automatically make text in it searchable; optical character recognition is a separate step.
Keep the Original Files
Retain the source images in case you need a different page size, order, or quality. If the PDF will be printed or submitted to an organization, check its accepted formats and size limits first.
